The art therapy services are designed to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your creativity, express your emotions, and work towards personal growth and healing. Our art therapy sessions are typically last about 60 minutes. During these sessions, you will engage in various art-making activities such as drawing, painting, sculpting, or collage. No prior art experience is necessary – the focus is on the process of creation rather than the final product. These activities are designed to help you explore your feelings, reduce stress, and gain insights into your inner world. Our art therapy courses provide opportunities for diverse creative expression and support trauma recovery, enabling participants to gain new perspectives while facilitating the release of internalized pain.
When you know your not from this world this allows you to raise your frequency as well as visiting other worlds to help you find your way back home.
